The oneshot is 31 pages long.
This would later be turned into a full series running in Manga Allman under the title of Takasugi Keiji Kibarimasu! (高杉刑事キバリます!), changing the Police Officer (Junsa) to Detective (Keiji).
The oneshot was included in the second volume of Takasugi Keiji Kibarimasu!

Story:
Taku hopes to one day be able to paint on a canvas the way he sees a beautiful girl, when she looks at flowers, and the moment when he heart is a flutter. Until “Those people at the door are going to take me away” breaks down the illusion. When Taku meets a girl on the street corner wearing rabbit ears, his reality becomes eroded by this unseen world of fantasy and kinks.

The author Takeshi Narumi had previously wrote the story for Genocider Mami (完殺者真魅) in Monthly Shonen Jump in 1994.
The artist Shigeru Noda, previously worked on Takeru no Chikai (タケルの誓い) in 1991 for Shonen Gangan magazine published by Square Enix. He was also a former assistant to Hiroshi Motomiya and Tatsuo Kanai, both of which had series in Manga Allman. He would later be serialized in the magazine as 能田茂 with Nozaki Shuhei – Auditor of Aozora Bank (監査役 野崎修平).
